You may wish to halve it if you are looking to serve a smaller number of people. This recipe is in bulk quantities aimed to serve our family of 7 for a lunch time meal, with some left over. The great thing about using yogurt in the coating process is that it helps to reduce the fat content, so combined with oven baking (not shallow frying), these nuggets are a much healthier option than other homemade chicken nuggets I have made before.
